Challenge Accepted

Challenge Accepted is an ongoing internal comms campaign encouraging colleagues to challenge behaviours around physical and information security. The campaign identity utilises a signature isometric line-art illustration style that can be used across a mix of impactful digital design, physical office artwork and merchandise. Since the campaign, physical security risks have decreased and the organisation has been deemed fully ISO 9001 compliant.

Flagship 25

Flagship 25 was an internal campaign celebrating the 25th anniversary of Flagship’s founding in 1998. The brief called for a ‘90's retro’ theme to reference the founding year, which is complemented by the brand’s bright colour palette. The campaign included animations, graphics and infographics to support celebratory posts on Viva Engage and ‘bob 2.0’ – the internal social media feed and intranet – as well as physical merchandise such as stickers and badges. The campaign was well received, with engagement on internal platforms increasing by 10% for the overall month of the campaign.

Flagship INfluencer Network

The INfluencer Network is Flagship’s customer engagement group, allowing housing customers to provide feedback and attend events to help shape service delivery. A play on modern influencer culture, the campaign branding was created to help recruit ‘INfluencers’, showing customers the many ways to have their voices heard. Bold, people-centered illustrations using secondary brand colours allowed the campaign to be more inclusive, and helps customers feel like they are part of something fresh and exciting. To date, the INfluencer Network has recruited 600 involved customers across Flagship’s three housing associations.

Tenant Board recruitment

In 2022, Samphire and Newtide Homes ran a campaign to recruit for the Tenant Board. Alongside playing a key role in the content strategy, I produced a fully-interactive PDF Recruitment Pack and coded an easy-to-follow e-mail design to make the application process more intuitive, accessible, and streamlined for customers. I also co-directed a recruitment video and pushed for a diverse casting and script so that the campaign would resonate with more diverse audiences. The campaign received an 160% increase in applications compared to the previous campaign, and a marked increase in applicants from diverse backgrounds.
